CURRICULUM BASED TRAINING

The Next Level Basketball Academy Training Program Curriculum is unrivaled as it embodies our Core Training Methodology of consistency, progression, and repetition. Our program's strength lies in its emphasis on consistency and repetition, particularly targeting the part of the brain responsible for muscle memory.

Muscle memory is the ability of the body to remember and perform specific motor skills effortlessly, without conscious effort. Through practice and repetition, our curriculum helps develop long-term muscle memory, allowing skills to be executed with little to no conscious thought. This process optimizes efficiency within the motor and memory systems, leading to enhanced performance.

Accountability plays a vital role in the success, growth, and development of our student athletes. We recognize that being accountable for one's actions and commitments is crucial for personal advancement within our program.

Our curriculum is based on the following 12-week program that encompasses:

1)  Homework – Minimum 1 hour per day – In the lab cook’n

     a. Assignment Turned in daily.

2)  Skills Assessment

  1. Weekly progress reports
  2. Bi-Weekly individual Skills Testing
  3. 3 major exams

3)  Promotion

  1. Mastery of each level before moving up to the Next Level
  2. Getting Called Up
