Core Training Methodology- (CPR)

Consistency + Progression + Repetition

We provide a school-like environment where students receive an accelerated curriculum tailored to enhance learning, sportsmanship, confidence, and personal growth. With our extensive experience and utilization of cutting-edge methods and technology, we strive to deliver impactful, effective, and high-quality programs. Our student athletes thrive through our Core Training Methodology, which has been key to our success.

Consistency – In the lab cooking every day.  The secret to success in athletics as it is in life is establishing rock solid worth ethic.  Consistent training is the cornerstone of any successful athletic program. Through repetition and dedication, athletes can develop their skills, build resilience, and improve overall performance. Consistency allows for gradual and steady progress, helping athletes to understand and trust the process, even when results may not be immediately apparent.

Progression – Mastering one concept before moving to the next.  NLBA’s training progression program is simply a way to make our skills training more challenging. Training with progression is extremely important in skills training routines in order to continue to provide growth and development. Progressing to more challenging skills will help you continue to see changes in your skill level.

Repetition -   Doing the same repetitive motion, movement, and skill creates muscle memory and promotes rhythm. Repetition is essential for improving technique and building endurance. Athletes must repeat their motions until they become second nature, and they must continue to repeat their movements to build stamina and skill.
